Canon Factory Repair Glitch–AF

I took a pair of Canon 20D’s for a sensor cleaning, firmware update and cleaning at the Canon Factory Service Center in Irvine, and after I picked them up the auto focus in one of my cameras no longer functions properly. The folks at Canon are telling me that it’s just an unfortunate coincidence, but it seems a little too connected considering that the day before taking the in the camera was fine. They’re charging me $200 (which isn’t horrible when I think of how much I’ve paid for repairs in the past), but its the point more than the money. Has anybody had this type of problem. I’m sort of pissed.
