Great Train Rides

Hi All

I have recently been commissioned to do a series on obscure great train rides. I am really overjoyed because given a choice I would prefer to travel by train.

So anyway I started this series by doing Mostar to Zagreb. It was mentioned to me so I specfically came to the Balkans on holiday to do this journey although with 3 children in tow it has been stressful at times.

The ride from Mostar to Sarajevo was stunning and the rest of the journey interesting but not spectacular so I may just use the Mostar to Sarajevo portion.

Anyway does anyone have any good recomendations for obscure train rides that they have done?

Not the obvious, Tran siberian, etc etc but little known rides that are interesting.

I have to make at least 10 journeys that I need to shoot over a 8 month period.

Please dont ask who this is for as I will not disclose because everyone will probably be out there jumpimg on filthy trains.,>
